BEAUTIFICATION:
WOODLAND HILLS-TARZANA
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Beautiful New Woodland Hills Identification Signs
Mounted On Existing Light Poles Along The
Ventura Boulevard Corridor
The Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce was a recipient of a $10,000.00 matching funds Community Beautification Grant to be used toward the Woodland Hills Ventura Boulevard Corridor Sign Project which will be in Two Phases. Phase I will consist of 20 signs along the Ventura Boulevard Corridor from Corbin to Valley Circle and will include entry/exist signs at Corbin and Valley Circle (North/South side of Ventura Boulevard). The signs will be mounted to various existing light poles that have been approved by the City through permitting. The Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council is partnering with the Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce on this project which started through the newly formed Woodland Hills Community Coalition Committee with Councilman Dennis P. Zine in the fall of 2005. Phase II will be the addition of 12 more signs along the Boulevard to complete this project. We are seeking Individuals/Businesses who would be interested in adopting a sign. If you are interested, please call the Chamber office at (818) 347-4737 for more information on how you can get involved in this project and have your name added to the "Adopt A Sign" reservation list.
