Description This activity is 100% commission based. You can work a much or as little as you like. We prefer min 10hrs a week.   I'll personally train you to call the leads that we've generated and gathered from various Classified ads sites and papers. Call For Sale By Owner and For Rent ads. Ask a few questions, submit the relevant leads. For each property we buy you get paid 10-20% fo the buying side of the transaction (which are half the proceeds, excluding closing costs).   With my directions you'll spend very little time on dead end sellers to get to a motivated seller as quickly as possible.   Requirements: Able to work at least 10hrs a week I'm not going to check that but my experience is that most people don't get into momentum if they do 30mi hera and 20 min there. Must have phone (preferrably flat rate because it's on your dime) Must have computer with internet to submit leads; Must be organized to keep track of leads and call backs; Must have read or commit to reading "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity" by David Allen within 60 days of starting;   Location: No commuting. Work from your cell phone or home. We're looking for properties in So Cal. You don't have to be in CA to call these leads.   Pay: You will get paid 15% of the buying side of the transaaction amount. When you submit a lead you'll get paid out of escrow  when we purchase. No unecessary waiting period. Transactions proceeds typically range from$5,000-$50,000.
