My name is Carolyn D. Phillips. I am an attorney at law and handle civil law cases. I know the importance of handling cases efficiently and for the most reasonable price possible. I have handled a great number of complex family law cases, support cases, and child custody cases, and I became a certified family law specialist for a period of time.
My husband Mel is a paralegal and has worked with me for 35 years. It is our practice to meet clients in our home, in their home, or at one of our available offices. We have handled many cases in the lines of practice delineated in our Services section. Over the years, our motto has been “We solve problems.” We believe we have lived up to that motto.

It is our goal to serve our clients to the best of our ability. We strive to accomplish their purposes and solve their problems as best we can. We know that cost is always a factor in every case, and we strive to keep our charges as low as we can.
