| About Lodwick & Company: I have worked with national and regional accounting firms for 15-plus years. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of clients, from individuals and start-up companies to large corporations. My clients are in a variety of industries including manufacturing, resale, real estate and professional services (to name a few). I am focused on client service, striving to be proactive versus reactive to the needs of my clients.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California State University Northridge and my Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of Southern California. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant. |
Services:I focus on providing income tax compliance and consulting services to individuals and businesses (C-corporations, S-Corporations, LLC’s…).
Some of the tax services I provide include representation with the IRS (or state taxing authorities), assistance with setting up of companies and type of entity section, dissolution of businesses and tax credit maximization (including R&D credits and enterprise zone credits).
I also assist my clients with their accounting and consulting needs, including bookkeeping, outsourced accounting and budgeting.
Associations: I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
