Soroptimist of the San Fernando, SISFV, is a local nonprofit organization and part of Soroptimist International. A volunteer organization for business and professional women who work to improve the lives of women and girls, through programs that lead to social and economic empowerment

Services:

Each year, more than $1.5 million is distributed through cash awards at various levels of the organization. Recipients, who have often overcome enormous obstacles including poverty, domestic violence, and drug or alcohol abuse. They may use the awards to offset any costs
associated with their efforts to attain higher education and live their dreams.

Sponsor the Live Your Dream Award for Women
Sponsor the Dream It Be It program for girls from ages 14 to 18
Provide comfort bags for breast cancer patients
