I have worked in the insurance industry since 1997. I began my career as a claims adjuster, investigating and negotiating settlements for automobile accidents. After a year and a half, I was promoted to Supervisor of the Claims Adjuster Training program, where I taught about customer claims and the responsibility of the insurance company. My ability to analyze and �adjust� cases helps me fully understand the insurance process by seeing it from the customer side and the insurance company side. My career then evolved into leading highly-specialized training programs and the development of new claims adjusting processes. I have also served as an arbitrator settling insurance disputes between various insurers.

In 2006, I became an independent insurance agent, specializing in both personal and commercial policies. I pride myself in understanding the necessity of matching the proper insurance coverage with each individual�s needs and lifestyle. I take the time to get to know my clients, and can thereby match them with the best insurance fit.
