Hello, I'm Sherry Warschaw. I've been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 15 years and maintain a certification as a bereavement counselor. We all experience major transitions at various times in our lives. Marriage, birth of a child, downsizing from the family home of 30+ years, divorce, death of a loved one, loss of a job, caring for children and aging parents, chronic health & illness, parenting/step-parenting/empty nest syndrome, and many other significant changes. If you feel sad, upset, angry, anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, lonely, stressed, or exhausted, you may be withdrawing from the people you care about and the activities youve once enjoyed. With help, you can begin a journey of personal awareness, learn new and healthier coping skills and return to a more joyous life. I am committed to helping you and your loved ones heal your hearts with experience, compassion and dignity.
