I interviewed and received bids from over 10 different window vendors. Each trying to flip me to something new and that I couldn't compare fairly. I contacted Fine Windows because they were one of the vendors on Milgard's website as being a "certified" installer. Vic was one of the NICEST people who truly wanted to help me!
I told him I was on a tight time line. Not only did he deliver on time, but he also was able do it within my budget!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Vic, Kat and the installation crew who spread out tarps, remembered to shut the doors so my kitty's wouldn't get out and were the most respectful crew I've ever dealt with!
