The West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce staff is dedicated and

financial uncertainty and maybe making some very difficult decisions in
order to keep the doors open. We are going to be here to help. We are
going to find all of the available resources and we are going to
continue to support promote and educate businesses in our community.

Save Small Business Coalition
has been formed to help get money into the hands of our West Valley
Business Community as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We are doing everything we possibly can to save the business community!

COVID Testing and Results
The City testing site is using the Curative link/forms now. You must select the location desired.
You may not find an appointment if they are full. coronavirus.lacity.org/testing.
All L.A. County and City testing sites here -
everyone must have an appointment to test, there are no “walk-up” appointments.

where you can enter APT information to locate results. Reminder - only sites serviced by Healthvana should be entered for
follow-up. Other sites should be referred directly to the lab where they tested. For those unable to obtain their results,
please email [email protected] with name, phone, APT number, date of birth, and location/date of the test for assistance in reaching Healthvana.
