Join us at Shape Up LA for FREE Old Skool Skinny Hip Hop Dance Class. Mr. Lucky leads us in a fast paced, cardio rich dance class to throwback and current dance music.

If you are looking for a fun workout then this is for you! This is a workout you will not only LOVE, you will rave about it and tell all your friends to come! The routines are designed for all levels so everyone has FUN!
