The Woodland Hills ~ Tarzana Chamber of Commerce is seeking the most Aesthetically Pleasing and Operationally as well as Technologically Innovative Business and Multi-family properties in Reseda, Tarzana and Woodland Hills for recognition. 

The following categories will be considered in the selecting the honorees:

Commercial businesses including office, retail, and industrial properties.
•    Small Business under 5,000 sq ft
•    Medium Business, 5,001 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft and
•    Large Businesses of 50,001 sq ft and up.

Mulit-family residential properties.
•    Small 5 to 16 units 
•    Medium 17 to 50 units and
•    Large 51 units and up  

The Factors to be considered: We will evaluate each entry based on Aesthetic and Operational features including: landscaping, cleanliness, signage, accessibility, safety conditions and technological innovations such as Wi-Fi.

The properties receiving the greatest number of nominations will be contacted and nominations will be evaluated by the committee. 

The winners will be announced at the September 2013 Chamber luncheon. The award will include certificates, free advertising on the Chamber’s web page and on promotional materials.
