Andrew P. Hillas is the founding and managing partner at Hillas Nocera and has been a practicing CPA for over 30 years.
Andrew specializes in middle market companies offering full range accounting, consulting, and merger acquisition, and tax services. He is responsible for guiding many businesses and individuals to the great success in which they hold today. He is currently a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and has had the honor of being a member on the AICPA Technical Review Panel.
Vincent G. Nocera is a founding partner of Hillas Nocera and has been a practicing CPA for more than 20 years.
Vince began his career as a staff auditor with a local CPA firm in Virginia. Upon relocation to California, Vince joined a local CPA firm where he worked his way up to the position of audit and accounting manager. Vince and Andy joined forces to create Hillas Nocera. Vince's area of expertise is in taxation. He currently manages all audit and review clients for Hillas Nocera, ranging from $5 million to $25 million in annual sales. Most of his clients specialize, but are not limited to, manufacturing, real estate, and service industries.
One of our CPAs, Adrienne Hillas, is the youngest board member to be elected to the BCEC Board in the Bell Canyon community.
