Councilman Zine did an exceptional job to get to know all the key people and organizations in town and really worked to be a partner for the mutual benefit of the city of LA as well as the individual communities he served. This gave him a unique perspective and a true pulse of the neighborhoods he serves. The result is that much more was accomplished than would be if he was disconnected. How will you distinguish yourself and also be equally dynamic and not just a politician who is going for this position because it is the only seat available?
