PARALEGAL FOR PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM
Seeking experienced Plaintiff PI paralegal for busy Law Firm. Biling/Spanish preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in this line of work.
We need someone super motivated and dedicated to work hard and extra hours if necessary. Must be detailed oriented with excellent grammar and writing skills. Responsibilities include but not limited to file and serving lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery, research and investigation, knowledge of court rules, prepare case for trial. Must be organized with great calendaring skills, knowledge of MO Word, outlook and excel.
PLEASE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN "PLAINTIFF" PERSONAL INJURY. No exceptions. This is not a trainee position and we need someone who can jump right in and run with the ball.
SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
