West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce Community Benefit Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the West Valley Adopt-A-School Program in which the foundation facilitates partnerships between West Valley businesses and schools for the purpose of awarding cash grants or supplies to the schools.
Participation by schools is free and easy. Agreement to participate allows a local business to select and adopt a participating school and provide them with a $500 (minimum) cash grant or supplies.
Adopted schools are expected to provide their business partners with some exposure to their school community, whether through newsletter advertising, website advertising, school signage, flyer distribution or some other way(s) as determined by you and your business partner.
We know that $500 can fulfill needs of the school that are essential to student development. We have heard from business members that one area in which they wish they could have a greater impact is education. The West Valley Adopt-A-School program bridges those two needs and creates lasting relationships and ardent goodwill within our local communities.
An additional $25 management fee to help with credit card finance charges and staff administration apply when paying online. Payments may be worked out directly with the school. Please let us know so that we can properly display and recognize the relationships that are formed through our Adopt-A-School program.
