Job Description for Front Office Person:

· Primary person to answer phones

· File away issued applications

· Make outbound calls to set up appointments

· Send out birthday cards each month

· Make sure there are enough State Farm Goodie Bags for clients

· Monitor “Red Envelope” program each month

· Keep Workers Comp files updated

· Typing up documents from agent

Job Requirements for Front Office Person:

· Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

· Friendly and outgoing personality

· Be a self-starter & thinker

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) very helpful
