To learn more about these executive suite options, choose from one of our prestigious locations: Warner Corporate Center and AXIS @ Woodland Hills. Both locations are conveniently located next to the 101 Freeway and have gorgeous outdoor communal areas.

Our full service office space is a cost effective alternative to conventional office space. Each of our offices comes with a wide range of service included with your monthly rent, saving you time and money. We provide the receptionist, answer your telephones, and provide conference and meeting rooms, in addition to many other amenities. We even sort your mail and make your coffee. All of this is included at no additional cost. Our services can be custom tailored to suit your unique business requirements. We take care of the details, so that all you need to do is ask.


Convenience


Each of our locations provides a turn key solution to your office requirements. Our offices are already built and ready for you to move in today. In addition to your office space, each of our locations comes with a furnished reception area, kitchen/break room, and other common area spaces. Our offices come furnished and unfurnished. As a Barrister tenant, you have access to our state of the art office equipment, telephone systems, and technology infrastructure. All systems are in place and can be customized to suit your unique requirements.

We are the biggest shared office space charity donor and provider headquartered in Los Angeles. Founder and owner, Vince Otte, chooses not to expand out of Southern California to ensure quality control.

Owner Vince Otte took over the financially turmoiled AOMI in 1990, renamed Barrister Executive Suites, Inc. Within 3 years he was able to turn a profit and won INC. Magazine’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 1993. Since then, Barrister has remained a private and profitable company that has never defaulted on a Lease and has no debt. Unlike many office space providers, Barrister chooses quality over quantity when expanding its portfolio to ensure there is no compromise to our current client’s businesses.

  • Continuity and Adaptability: Even in challenging times, we provide seamless transitions and stable support to keep your business running smoothly. Barrister preserved through major hardships when other providers did not. At least once a decade we have an event that creates major challenges for businesses, but Barrister was able to get through each one while still turning a profit – Northridge Earthquake, Recession, Covid Pandemic – each time Barrister’s leadership reevaluated spending to reduce costs in order to ensure employee job security and keep the doors open for clients.

Accomplishments:
