Heaven's Hands Home Care was born from personal experience and a deep understanding of what families carry behind closed doors. Founded in their hometown of Connecticut by sisters Shantel and Gabrielle, the business began with a simple but powerful mission: to provide compassionate, dependable care that families can truly trust.

More than a decade ago, Shantel and Gabrielle witnessed the impact their grandmothers dementia had on her life and on their family. They experienced firsthand the emotional strain, the physical demands, and the challenge of finding care that felt both reliable and compassionate. Through that journey, they came to understand just how deeply families need support they can trust and how meaningful quality care can be during life's most vulnerable moments.

Years later, that purpose became even more personal. In 2024, Shantel made the decision to relocate to Southern California with her family and build upon Heaven's Hands success in Connecticut. With that vision, Heaven's Hands opened an office in Woodland Hills, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, to serve families throughout the surrounding communities.

In 2025, Shantel passed away suddenly, leaving behind her husband and infant son. Her loss was devastating and life-altering, a painful reminder of how fragile life can be, and how essential care, support, and presence are when families need them most.

Today, Heaven's Hands exists in honor of that journey and the love that shaped it. It is a tribute to kindness, compassion, family, and the belief that no one should have to face life's hardest moments without support.
