The San Fernando Valley Youth Chorus began in Fall 1992 as the Angeles Chorale Children's Chorus. Today we continue to offer the opportunity for young children and students to participate in one of three distinct choirs: Concert Choir (Grades 4-12) - Saturday's from 9:00am to 12:00pm Tuition: $50 a month Kinder Choir (Grades K-3) - Saturday's 11:00am to 12:00pm Tuition: $40 a month SFV Mini Maestros! Saturday's from 10:00-10:45am During this 45 minute class, adults with children ages 2�4 will enjoy learning about the fundamentals of music together. Please Note: All Mini Maestros classes include parental involvement; this is not optional. Children enrolled in Mini Maestros cannot participate without a parent or guardian. Tuition: $40 a month $10 Sibling Discount! Monthly billing with financial scholarships available for those who qualify. Please Register here, and then fill out this form if you would like to apply for a scholarship. Scholarship Application Tuition is non-refundable, and your card will be charged on the 15th of the month. At San Fernando Valley Youth Chorus, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of music and be part of a vibrant chorus. We are proud to emphasize that we never turn families away for financial reasons. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all children can thrive, regardless of their economic circumstances. REHEARSALS START ON Saturday, September 7th, 2024 and culminate end of May (concert date tbd)* All rehearsals will be at: First United Methodist Church of Canoga Park, Fellowship Hall 22700 Sherman Way, West Hills, CA 91307 Although we rent space at the church, we are not affiliated with the church, nor are we a religious choir.
