Featured Speaker: Melissa Gerson, LCSW Melissa Gerson, LCSW, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Columbus Park, a leading outpatient center for eating disorders in New York City. Drawing on over two decades of experience treating disordered eating, Melissa helps parents and families foster balanced, flexible relationships with food. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with practical tools for everyday life�like building positive mealtime dynamics and challenging diet culture messages that can shape how children see themselves. Melissa is also a certified Family-Based Treatment (FBT) provider and a recognized speaker on helping families support recovery and resilience around food.
