2016 RELEVANT HONORS IMPACT AWARDS

In every neighborhood, there are people - volunteers and paid professionals who go well beyond their expected duties. We want to recognize our local hero in the Woodland Hills Community. If you know someone in our community please submit your nominee for the 2016 Relevant Honors Impact Award.

• Do you know of a person (age is not a factor) who is making an impact in your local community?
• Nominate them to receive the Relevant Honors 2016 “IMPACT” award.

NOMINATION PROCESS

An individual or organization may be nominated.

• Submit the name, address, and telephone number of the individual or organization you are nominating.
• Write a brief, passionate, compelling story about them.
• Explain what distinguishes them as an individual/organization, highlighting how their actions benefit the lives of others and the local Community.

 **NOTE** Without a thorough explanation, your nomination will NOT be considered.**
 

AWARDS

Individual Award
Awarded to a distinguished individual that has made a positive, lasting impact while working within the categories above in the Community
 
Organizational Award
Awarded to an organization that enriches and enhances the lives of girls/boys, teens, and or families within the Community
 
Young & Gifted
Awarded to a young person between the ages of 10 and 21 who has already begun to leave their footprints within the Community.
