His success attracted Accenture, where he spent a decade as a Partner, leading outsourcing and business development initiatives throughout Latin America. In 2013, he founded Opera Consulting, a global SAP business partner, further establishing his credentials as a visionary in enterprise technology solutions.

In 2018, Billy acquired CMIT Solutions of Los Angeles, expanding its footprint to Irvine, Mexico, and South Africa.
