We’re so excited to announce that comedians James Harris and Eric Schwartz will be performing for us at Showtime! on June 11, hosted by Sunda Croonquist. Sunda, who is a Laugh Factory veteran, and known around the world for her comedy, performed for Valley Village in 2009. We are thrilled to have her hosting the show. James Harris performs at the Laugh Factory and has a show on JLTV with Sunda, James and Sunda TV. Eric Schwartz is currently traveling around the United States and will be performing in Burbank in April. You can catch him on his website until then.
Showtime! has been a major event for Valley Village and this year is no exception. It is our most important fundraiser of the year. The celebration includes a garden party with live music, high-end boutiques, networking, silent auction, raffle and hors d’oeuvres. This is followed by lunch, a live auction, and live performances by two comedians. Plan on joining us for a very special Showtime! Saturday, June 11.
The event raises money for ongoing programs including music, ceramics, arts and daily living skills. Guests also have an opportunity to donate directly to a client activity. Previous adventures have included a luncheon aboard a yacht, pirate adventure dinner theater, outing to the Long Beach Aquarium, private showing of a musical at a theatre, or similar community outing experience.
